What this check does

Five questions pick one of our six signature panels, or a full-body Aarogyam package, as the place we would start. Each panel is a set of blood markers that are commonly checked together for one kind of concern: thyroid, nutrients, blood sugar and insulin, heart risk, women's hormones, men's hormones. The result names the panel, lists exactly which markers it reads, and says why.

Where it comes from

The mapping follows the same logic our practitioners use on a Wellness Discovery Call: start with the markers most often behind the concern, read them together rather than one at a time, and keep the first test affordable. It is guidance to talk through with a practitioner, not a diagnosis, and no answer here can tell you what you have.

When to test

Fasting panels need 10 to 12 hours without food; morning collection at home is easiest. Thyroid and men's hormone panels do not need fasting. If you already have a report from the last year, bring it to the call: a second read 90 days after a change is the most useful comparison.

What stays private

Your answers stay in your browser. We see nothing unless you tap "Send to me" and tick the box.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. It is educational guidance that points to the markers commonly checked for a concern. Only a qualified practitioner, with your report, can tell you what is going on.

Do I need to fast?

MetaCore, VitaCore, CardioProtect, FemBalance and Aarogyam packages need 10 to 12 hours of fasting. ThyroBalance and MaleBalance do not.

Where is the sample taken?

At home, by our partner lab Thyrocare (NABL-accredited), at a time you choose.

What if my last report was "normal"?

Routine reports often leave out ferritin, insulin, thyroid antibodies and inflammation markers. "Normal" on a basic report does not always mean optimal; the suggested panel reads what was missing.

Do you store my answers?

No. The check runs on your phone. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send the result to your WhatsApp.
