Do I need to fast?
Yes. Thyrocare's catalogue marks this test as fasting — usually 8–12 hours without food (water is fine). Book a morning slot and your booking confirmation will repeat the instructions.
How is the sample collected?
At home. After you book a slot, a Thyrocare phlebotomist visits your address, collects the sample and takes it to Thyrocare's NABL-accredited lab. Check your pincode above to see the next available slot in your area.
When and where do I get my report?
Your report is delivered to your HealThyRam account, and we e-mail you the moment it lands. Most reports arrive within a day or two of collection; a few specialised tests take longer.
Will someone help me understand the results?
Yes, if you would like it. You can book a Wellness Discovery Call with a HealThyRam practitioner to go through your report — what the numbers mean for you and what to do next. Your report itself is yours to share with your own doctor as well.
