'Art for Healing - Painting Workshop & Exhibition'

Join the HealThyRam Niramaya Bharat Community for the ultimate celebration of art and healing. We are calling for entries from students and artists to participate in this exciting event! The ‘Art for Healing’ initiative launch event, for revealing the ‘Participant Registration’ and the related info pages on HealThyRam.com website’, 

Each artist can submit up to 5 artworks for the exhibition, with a size of approx. A2 or A4. Artists may submit deviation from the size, ensuring mentioning it in the description form with the frame size not included (please mention the size and other details in the description form, as explained next). 

💻Workshops and online registrations for the 3rd Edition of Art for Healing Painting Workshop & Exhibition are closed.

>>> How to register:

  1. Open this registration page link – Register here https://healthyram.com/shop/art-for-healing-painting-workshop
  2. Fill in the participation info – Select/ tap your category ‘Student’ or ‘Artist’. Type name, email & other info, and “Add to Cart”.
  3. View Cart & Checkout – Click on view cart to ‘Apply coupon’ if applicable and then click on ‘Proceed to checkout’, type your ‘Billing details’ and your ‘Order details’ here.
  4. Pay Registration Fee: Click on your ‘Place order’ to pay the Registration Fee:
  5. Receive registration confirmation email and artwork upload instructions: You will receive your registration confirmation email (don’t forget to check Spam/Junk email box) and the Dropbox link wherein you would need to upload your Artwork along with the Artwork Description Word Document file.

>>> Important Instruction on Artwork Submission Process:

After you register for this program, you would need to take a good-quality photograph of your paintings and upload it on the Dropbox link (which you shall receive after your registration for the program)

You can upload up to 5 photographs of your paintings. Be careful that you click straight/centre-angle photos from your phone/digital camera and upload them on the given Dropbox link.

You need to share a short profile about yourself, and artwork details like caption, size, the material used, price etc. as per the “Artwork Submission Description Document”. You should also check the ‘I agree’ box in the Artwork Submission Description Document” to undertake to take full responsibility for the courier and safe delivery of the genuine original artwork to your buyer in case you choose to exhibit your artwork for sale. As this all information and consent is needed for entering your qualified paintings for exhibition.

You can download the “Artwork Submission Description Document” from here, and fill in the details in this document file, save and upload it in the given Dropbox Upload link (as you have received in your email).

File size per image/file must be within 10MB.
Images of the artwork should be submitted in .jpg or .png format

 

>>>> How to upload Artworks:

You need to submit your artwork(up to 5), before the last date as per the steps mentioned below.

  2. Upload Photographs & Description document on the Dropbox Upload Link:

Important Note:

  • Properly name your Artwork file and supporting document before uploading.
  • You must upload good quality and centre frame photographs of your “Artworks”.
  • Do upload your profile picture (larger than 50 x 50px) image file.
  • Do upload a Photograph of your student ID card (required only for students).
  • Must upload the filled “Artwork Submission Description” MS Word doc file (as you downloaded in step 1)

 

Please properly name your Artwork file as below:
>> It is recommended to prefix the Artwork file by Sr. No (1 to 5) followed by your email ID (for our system to validate your submission.)

Example of file Name for Artwork No. 2: 2-example@healthyram.com.jpg

>> Your ID Proof if you are a student. file name: IDProof_Your emailID
>> Artwork Submission Description Document and undertaking as explained below. Again  file name: Description suffixed by emailID
(File size per image must be within 10MB, Images of the artwork should be submitted in .jpg or .png format)

>> Overseas Entries: $5 for Artists and $2 for students
>> Early entries shall get preference in selection for online Exhibition.

>> Guest of honor: Rupeela Boparai / Harsh Inder Loomba – Senior Fellow, Scholar, Artist for Artwork selection for Online Exhibition
>> Top 50 Artworks per Workshop will be selected for the Online “Healing Expressions.” Exhibition.
>> Star Contributors certificate, Volunteers certificate and participation certificate to all exhibitors shall be mailed two weeks post the event. Plus a HealThyRam gift voucher of Rs 1000/-, and a gift, to the WINNER.
>> You have to get your own Art material.
>> Some canvas and paints can be bought at the venue subject to availability.

>>> Post Workshop Year-round Online e-Commerce Exhibition of selected Paintings:
>> All Exhibitors get a chance of being paid in case your painting is sold during the exhibition*
>> Your Exhibited Artwork shall be Branded by your name. 
>> FREE Online promotion content shall be collectively created by industry professionals, specifically to showcase your participated event and Exhibition!
>> Links to these productions shall be provided online and also shared* with you as per permissible terms of use with a choice for you to embed your tagged content on your websites or to be posted by you & forwarded on the social media pages of your choice.
>> There are no further charges or payment for the exhibition or any of these professionally packaged content creations until there is a sale of any of your artworks. Once there is a sale, >> Upto 60% of the income shall be given to the Artists, and
>> 40% will be adjusted against the expenses towards Online landing and related web pages creation, > Live Event and Online/ Hybrid Production > Promotional video editing, EDMs & Poster Designing> eCommerce listings, payment gateway integration, etc.> and
>> 5% Admin charges.

Please take a moment to review the Addendum to the Vendor Agreement, which outlines the specific terms and conditions for artists participating in the exhibition. By having your artwork listed on HealThyRam.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by both the Vendor Agreement and this Addendum.
